I have over 25 years of experience in market research. I’m nothing if I’m not straight talking. I don’t do jargon or buzzwords if I can possibly help it. I tell it like it is, from the customers’ perspectives, and explain what that means for you.

What does experience get you? While no two jobs are the same, there are learnings from previous work that can be transferable. Afterall, the common ingredient we’re dealing with is people. And while people do change, many fundamental drivers remain the same. But I also know that every job is different and that solutions will need to be bespoke.
My decades in the research business means that I have a decent sized network of people who I can call on or suggest to you if I think they might be better to help you or be good to team up with for your project.
The main product areas that I’ve worked in, and have a view on, are Automotive, Drinks, Gambling and Gaming. (And I appreciate that sounds as much like a decent weekend as a career).
I’m very experienced in both comms research as well as NPD. I have also conducted all sorts of F.M.C.G. and ad-hoc projects, from swimmers to strimmers (sperms testing kits to Bosch strimmers) and from the sublime to the ridiculous (Bentley to BT.)
I conduct qualitative groups, depths, observational and quantitative research.
